Babcock-Davis high security access panels are manufactured with a 10-gauge panel for high security or a 7-gauge panel for top security. In addition, top security panels are produced with a return flange on the perimeter to ensure flatness of material and tamperedproof edges (excellent for plumbing chases). All frames are made of 3/16" material and have a 2" wide flange for mounting. Babcock-Davis manufactures a fire-rated access panel for almost any application. The 1" wide flange frame can be used for mounting in any application. For concealment, Babcock-Davis offers drywall bead or plaster bead frames. These allow finish material to be applied, leaving only the panel exposed. *All access panels come with a limited one-year warranty.

Babcock-Davis frame floor doors hatches are designed for use in interior or exterior applications without a water or liquid penetration concern. These hatches are available in single leaf or double leaf designs, depending upon your particular sizing requirements.

Babcock-Davis recessed floor doors are intended for infill of either 1/8" tile or carpet. They are constructed of aluminium or steel, with lift springs and slam latch for easy use. The FT series is perfect for high visibility areas where access through the floor is necessary, while leaving the door virtually hidden. *All floor doors come with a limited five-year warranty

Babcock-Davis B-FCRM/FCCM fire-rated floor door was developed and engineered to comply with recent changes to international building codes. The B-FCRM meets all relevant IBC 2000 codes and is tested to NFPA 288. Badcock-Davis's B-FCRM/FCCM does not require cement to be poured into the door allowing it to offer the most simple, inexpensive installation in the industry.

Babcock-Davis B-FHR Series was the industry's first fire-rated floor door tested to NFPA 252 standards. The B-FHR is an inexpensive alternative to the insulated B-FCRM/FCCM. The Series does not carry a temperature rise rating. The B-FCRM is not to be used as a means of egress and is designed to maintain a fire barrier in concrete applications only. Use of the B-FHR requires approval from the local authority having jurisdiction. *All floor doors come with a limited five-year warranty.

Babcock-Davis B-RHG roof hatch is manufactured from steel to ensure years of dependable use, even in the most extreme weather conditions. The lids are mounted on a 12" curb with cap flashing to ensure against leakage. Babcock-Davis roof hatches come standard with compression springs, zinc-plated steel hardware, and insulation in the cover and at the curb perimeter.

Safety Railing systems provide safe egress through roof hatches and protect roof openings when the hatch is in the open position. Babcock-Davis safety railings meet OSHA Standards CFR 29, 1910.23 and 1910.27.

SLP-Series safety ladder post systems for floor doors are now available as a factory-installed or retro-fit option on Babcock-Davis' BFGA exterior, drainable series and BFHA interior series floor doors. SLP Safety Ladder Posts for roof hatches is also available to provide fall protection required by OSHA.
